Who we tend to want
- People who have worked inside a Minnesota home-care agency — scheduling, billing, QP supervision, licensing. Domain beats résumé here.
- Engineers and designers who like unglamorous, high-consequence software: audit trails, claim review, credential expiry. The parts nobody demos.
